The Metuchen Education Foundation Inc. (MEF) is an independent, nonprofit corporation created in 1996 by a group of parents, local business people, and other professionals to raise funds and develop partnerships to enrich programs for students in the Metuchen Public Schools.

​​Over the years, your donations have funded grants that supplied a multitude of technology for our students, such as Smart Boards for the entire 5th grade, applications on iPad’s and iPads for Kindergarten and 3rd grade classrooms.  We’ve also funded non-technology related grant requests, such as drums for the high school marching band, fitness programs, and cultural inspirations that enhance classroom and personal growth.
